We arranged an SBA 504, $850,000 loan fixed for 20 years at 3.46%, a bank loan for 10 years at 4.90%, fixed for with a 20 year amortization for the building with an effective blended rate of 4.13%. The client acquired the $1,000,000 business assets via a Self-Directed IRA facilitated through one our outside service partners.
